Laura Ketcham hails from tiny Florence, South Carolina, where she picked up her name and a fondness for swampy things. Graduating with a BFA in Illustration, she has an interest in concept and editorial illustration. She likes mixing traditional, hand-done media with digital techniques; applying handmade or found textures and brushes to bright digital color inspires her! Outside of school Laura likes going on walks where everyone is forced to wait on her as she pockets everything she finds on the ground. If she can work it into her art somehow, it's fair game!
